Sara Justus has been an agent with The Dixon Group for the last 4 years.
Prior to joining The Dixon Group, Sara was a solo agent and wasn’t seeing results. When she came to interview with The Dixon Group, she saw that the team was engaged in book study, lead generation, and a comprehensive mentorship and training program.
Within 90 days of joining The Dixon Group, her production took off. She closed over 24 transactions during her first full year with the team and her production has continued to grow every year since.
In her second year with The Dixon Group, she closed 33 transactions and 40 in her third. Joining the team has been a phenomenal learning experience that has helped Sara gain a ton of growth and opportunities. Including the completion of her first flip with the team a couple of years ago, and she’s confident that she can continue to build wealth with the team from here.

Her values really aligned with our goals. As a former teacher, Sara is into personal, professional, emotional, and spiritual growth, and our team provides that. She’s learning how to build wealth, not just by selling homes, but by investing and building different business lines. She has learned how to pour into other people by mentoring and coaching new agents, which aligns with everything that she loves to do. She was able to bring her teaching experience to the group.
She’s excited about our new space. The room for training and collaboration is huge, and she’s enthusiastic about bringing new agents onto the team and growing the agents that we have.
